The Loyolan: The Mundelein Dance
Description
Pairs of students dance in the Mundelein gymnasium at the first Mundelein Loyola dance on December 18, 1930, which "was the initial social get-together of the two neighboring institutions and it proved to be the beginning of a strong bond of friendship between the two colleges and, incidentally, between some of the students." Anthony Tomczak and his campus orchestra provided music, and refreshments were "served in the Mundelein College cafeteria."
