Under Father Wilson's stewardship, West Baden College affiliated with Loyola; a School of Nursing was established; a School of Theology was opened at West Baden; the Institute of Industrial Relations was established; and the nationally known Guidance Center was founded to aid emotionally troubled children and counsel their parents.
