Title

The Loyolan 1980: Scene from 1919

Description

Two actors sit at an antique-style table and talk to each other. The table is set with plates, and a vase of flowers sits on a far table. The theatre seating is just visible beyond the actors in the dark background. This is a scene from The Loyola University Theatre's production of 1919 by Jackie Taylor, which "deals with the relationships of five characters who are involved in a crucial racial incident." This was the third play to be produced in the new Studio Theatre, and was done in the round on March 20, 23, 27, and 30, 1980.
