Lion Strangler Silk
Item
Title
Lion Strangler Silk
Description
In 1888, this silk was found with the Double-Headed Eagle silk in the tomb of Bernat Calvo. Though this silk differs stylistically from the double-headed eagle, the common iconography of overcoming powerful beasts show the power associated with Calvo.
