President's Medal

Established in 2002, this award commemorates those who founded Loyola by honoring individuals who continue to help it thrive. The President's medal is presented to an alumnus or alumna who has spent a lifetime in public service, living the Jesuit ideal of a "person for others." The Honorable Philip J. Rock was the first recipient of this award.
